For the Group Adventure, everyone stays in the same place so that you can bond during the week and take cabs together, etc at Hotel Costa Rica, a boutique hotel in Palermo Soho.
The cost ranges from $40 to $70 a night depending on the room size and availability during the week you come.
We let you book this directly so you can choose the kind of room you want.
Additional costs to think of your budget as a whole
We know you want to plan your budget, so we have collected this information to give you an idea of other costs for food and transportation, the main things you will spend money on (the other things like tango shoe shopping are up to you!).
Food: You will have three meals included in a Group Adventure and two in the Flexible-Dates. The rest we let you do on your own so you can explore the many culinary options of Buenos Aires near your hotel. Meals range from about $10 for a great lunch or $12 for a great dinner and you can also find cheaper options too. There are plenty of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options in Palermo Soho.
Breakfast costs $5 at Hotel Costa Rica. Transportation costs are minimal--the bus or subway is .30 to ride and cabs are between $3 and $8, depending on how far you go. Cheaper than New York certainly. We give you a Sube card at the beginning of the week that would take care of most of your public transportation needs and you can generally share cabs with others on the trip.
Tango shoes, if you choose to buy them, are between $100 and $125 and that's far less than you would pay in the US or Europe for the same quality. The shoes are beautiful and comfortable, so you can consider them an investment whether you continue in tango or not!
